Sesames Tofu 芝麻豆腐

Are you tired of having plain tofu? Do you know that you can make sesame tofu at home? It’s super easy and healthy for you and your family, especially for babies !!

Recipe 食譜


Prep time準備時間: 5 mins

Cook time蒸煮時間: total 20 hours

Yield份量: 1 package of tofu


Ingredients食材

  • one package of tofu 一盒傳統豆腐 **註

  • 4 teaspoon of soy milk 四茶匙的豆漿

  • 2 tbsp of sesame powder 兩大匙的芝麻粉

  • 2 teaspoon of sugar (optional) 兩茶匙的糖(可加可不加)


Instructions步驟

  1. Pour all ingredients in food processor then blend it together until smooth. 將所有食材倒入食物攪拌器裡打勻

  2. Pour in a mold then boil a pot of water. 再倒入模具裡,另外準備一鍋水煮沸

  3. Place the mold in a steamer. 將模具放到蒸籠裡

  4. when the water is boiling, place the steamer on top of it. 等待水煮沸之後就把蒸籠放進去

  5. Steam the tofu for 15 mins. 將豆腐蒸15分鐘

  6. Wait for 5 mins before taking off the lead. 蒸好後等五分鐘再掀蓋

  7. Let it cool down before serving. 讓豆腐涼了後再享用


Note註:

  1. Store the tofu in a container for maxium 3 days in the fridge. 放在保鮮盒裡最多可以冷藏三天

  2. **使用家常豆腐做芝麻豆腐的時候,如果不想要豆腐太軟爛就不需要另外加豆漿;使用嫩豆腐的話,要把豆腐水分瀝乾一些,不然成品會不好成形;使用板豆腐的話,因為豆腐內水分較少,所以可以另外加一點豆漿
