This pudding is easy, quick and healthy breakfast options for babies and toddlers, its texture is soft and creamy. I didn‘t put any extra sugar in this pudding because kids shouldn’t consume too much sugar.

Ingredients食材
40g of pumpkin purée 南瓜泥
50g of milk or formula 牛奶或配方奶
1 egg 雞蛋

Mix and whisk all ingredients together in one bowl 將所有食材混合在一個碗中,攪拌均勻
Sieve the mixture once then cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pinch so small holes on the wrap. 將南瓜糊過篩倒入另一個碗中,用保鮮膜蓋上並在保鮮膜上搓幾個小洞
Boil water in one pot, at the same time, place a steamer on it 將鍋子裡的水煮滾
Put the bowl inside the steamer when the water is boiling 手滾後放上蒸籠蒸南瓜糊
Steam the pudding for 15 mins with medium-low heat 用中小火蒸15分鐘
When it’s done, don’t take off the lead, wait for 5 mins before opening the lead 蒸好後,先不要掀蓋子,等蒸氣都散掉後再掀蓋,放涼就可以給寶寶吃了,也可以放到冰箱,冰冰的吃
