This photo you see now is the pumpkin carrots oats bar decorating with cream cheese and chocolate for eyes, which I made as a Halloween Theme breakfast.

Recipe
Prep time準備時間: 10 mins
Cook time蒸煮時間: total 35 mins
Yield份量: around 4-5 pieces of oats bars 大約4-5個燕麥餅
Ingredients食材
100g of pumpkin purée 南瓜泥
20g of shredded carrots 刨好的紅蘿蔔絲
50g of oats 燕麥片
1/2 teaspoon of all spices (optional) 1/2茶匙的全香料
Instructions步驟
Mix all ingredients together. 把所有食材都混合攪拌均勻
Scoop a small spoon of mixture in hand and roll it as a ball then press it firmly to shape it as you like. 舀一匙燕麥糊在手上,做成喜歡的形狀後壓實,放在烤盤上
Bake in the oven with 170C degree for 10-13 mins. 烤箱設定170度烤10-13分鐘,直到表面看起來固化
Cool down before serving. 放涼後就可以享用
Note註:
Store Oats bars in a container for maxium 2 days in room temperature , frozen it can be stored for maximum 3 months . 室溫放在保鮮盒裡最多三天,冷凍保存最長期限為三個月
