Cocoa sweet potato oats bars 可可地瓜燕麥餅

Look at these cute little brown bears, It's made of sweet potato, banana, oats, and cocoa powder. You must try this at home for yourself and your kids, cuz it's super easy and taste so good. Plus, No extra sugar added, so don't worry about the calories or thinking if it's healthy or not.

Ingredients食材

  • 100g of mashed sweet potato 地瓜泥

  • 1 large banana 一根大香蕉

  • 90g of oats 燕麥片

  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder 一茶匙無糖可可粉


Instructions步驟

  1. Mix all ingredients together. 把所有食材都混合攪拌均勻

  2. Shape the mixture or simply place in a greased pan and press it firmly 可以壓成喜歡的圖案或是直接整塊放在已經塗過一層薄油的烤盤上

  3. Bake 160C for 6-8 mins until its surface is golden brown. 烤箱設定160度烤6-8分鐘,直到表面金黃

  4. Cool down before serving. 放涼後就可以享用
