Classic Waffle 經典鬆餅



This waffles has a great milky smells from all dairy products I added in the recipe. The texture is fluffy and soft, so I guess kids would like it. There’s no extra sugar except I add a little bit of condensed milk to give the waffles some sweetness. 這次做的經典鬆餅因為在食譜裡加了許多奶製品,而有著濃濃的奶香味。

口感方面是鬆鬆軟軟的適合小朋友吃,另外在食譜裡除了煉乳以外我就沒有另外加糖分,可能大人吃會覺得不夠甜,但非常適合另外加蜂蜜、煉乳或是冰淇淋的其他配料


Here’s the classic waffle Recipe 食譜如下

Prep time準備時間: 5 mins

Cook time蒸煮時間: a total of 20 mins

Yield 份量: 2 waffles 兩份鬆餅


Ingredients 食材


  1. 70g of all purpose flour 中筋麵粉

  2. 2/3 tsp of baking powder 2/3茶匙泡打粉

  3. 1/3 tsp of salt 1/3茶匙鹽

  4. 2 tsp of formula / milk powder (optional) 2茶匙配方奶/奶粉 (可加可不加)

  5. 2 tsp of condensed milk 2茶匙煉乳

  6. 2/3 tbsp of olive oil 2/3湯匙橄欖油

  7. 115g of milk 牛奶

  8. 1 egg at room temperature 室溫雞蛋


Instructions步驟

  1. Mix all ingredients in the order of listed ingredients in the bowl together 依序把食材全部均勻加到碗裡攪拌

  2. Cook the batter in waffle machine for 8-10 mins until the waffles is golden brown. 舀入鬆餅機烤8-10分鐘直到鬆餅表面金黃


Note:


  1. Please don’t pour too much batter in the waffles machine otherwise the batter would overflowing by the sides of waffles machine. 重要不要一次舀入太多麵糊,因為麵糊受熱會開始膨脹,如果到太多麵糊會溢出來到鬆餅機的外面
